Giving Up Would Be Too Easy

Or don't because I'm ready to have it cut! Sprint...its the lamest company I have ever had to deal with. Six years of dumb is what I've dealt with. Phones all together...I'm tired of them. I have one attached to my head at work all day...granted I do get to talk to some very interesting and nice people throughout the day but on the other hand, some aren't so cool. what to do....oh what to do....i would like to give them a throat punch! "POW" how you like me now!?

So I call the "damn devils" and say "turn it off!"....... rep says to me "is there anything we can do?" So I break it down for her, she was cooler than I anticipated.. So all in all...I got a 140.00 plan at 85.00 per month. Plus two new phones for me and Captain Fun. Phew, the battle continues I'm sure.

Like I mentioned I work on the phones at a bank and deal with a lot of people. Well in some cases I have to ask security questions on the fly before doing large transactions...I was just speaking to a woman and asked her to please verify her daughters middle name. She did it with no hesitation. As I would hope and like to think. Then the lady continues to tell me she has brain damage and just learned all her kids names again. ummmmmmmmm uggggh?
